Mr. Noah used to be a Vanuatu Diplomat since 2006. He has served in different capacities as Minister Counsellor at the Embassy of Vanuatu in Brussels and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN in Geneva from 2010-2020. Mr. Noah is also a Trade negotiator and passionate to mobilise resources for the economic aspirations of Pacific countries.
